ISO 9001:2008 audit by PT SAI Global in MMR-UGM

In the effort to provide quality education, MMR-UGM intends to improve its quality management system through ISO 9000:2008 certification. We trust PT SAI Global to carry out the audit which will take place in MMR-UGM office, May 18-19, 2009.

• Vision and mission

   Our vision is to become a competitive, customized and credible institution.
   MMR-UGM has four missions:

    1.  Educate hospital management practitioners to become professional and competent;

    2.  Deliver quality education and training for hospital managers, applying innovative and active           learning principles;

    3.  Advance knowledge in the area of hospital management through research, community service and          networking with institutions within the country and abroad;

    4.  Develop learning resources, through collection of modules, references, and information.


• Quality policy

    1.  To satisfy our customers and professionals in delivering quality education and training, based on           current best evidence and academic standards.

    2.  To improve staff competence and welfare through education, training and performance-based           incentive system

    3.  To involve qualified professionals in conducting education, research and community service

    4.  To assure accountability and efficiency in implementing education, research and community service

    5.  To implement continuous quality improvement through staff and stakeholder involvement and           data-driven process


• Quality target

    We are committed to achieve and continuously improve the following targets:

    1.  Curriculum review conducted annually

    2.  80% student satisfaction

    3.  80% of students presented their research proposal timely and 50 students graduated every six          months

    4.  80% of learning materials made available for the students in the beginning of each learning block

    5.  Staff performance appraisal conducted annually

    6.  Lecturer recruitment based on standards and evaluation of lecturers conducted in each block

    7.  Financial report delivered timely

    8.  50 students enrolled in Jakarta

    9.  Two formal collaborations established every year
