Management of Training for the education and training managers in hospital

Management of Training for the education and training managers in hospital, Jakarta, May 4-6, 2009, incollaboration with the Centre for Health Manpower Education and Training, Ministry of Health.

•  Human resources are the most important asset in any organization, including hospitals.     Consequently, continuous professional development of the hospital human resources should be     assured, such as through quality training. Comprehensive mastering of Management of Training     (MOT) is key to this success. At the end of the training, participants are able to :

    -  Conduct training needs assessment

    -  Develop instructional design

    -  Plan training

    -  Implement training

    -  Evaluate training

    -  Undertake quality assurance
